In our Discovery Center, you will find life-sized examples and pictures of the various stages of construction. Syncon Homes prides itself on the products we use to build the highest quality home. From the enclosed foundation display that details a mini model of your home’s foundation to the interior and exterior of your home, you will learn so much from our Discovery Center.

You will be able to see, touch and feel the difference of the stucco system Syncon uses on the exterior of your home. A window display shows the various layers of flashing used to keep moisture away from your windows. Another exhibit demonstrates the roof construction and allows you to see what is under the roof tiles.

To demonstrate the interior quality elements another area highlights the various stages of homes construction. Beginning at the framing stage and progressing through the final coat of paint you will see the attention to detail given to your family’s home. You will also see the special attention, unique plumbing products and innovative techniques used to build your shower.
